Pricing questions
Can I use Analytics and Links separately?
Yes. Each product is priced independently. Buy only what you need. If you use both, you get the first month free on your second product and data joins automatically between them.
What counts as an "event"?
A pageview is one event. A custom event (signup, purchase, etc.) is one event. Web Vitals data and session metadata do not count toward your event quota.
Do links expire on the free tier?
No. Links created on the free tier are permanent. The 25-link limit is per month (you can create up to 25 new links each month), but links created never expire.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We notify you and give you a grace period to upgrade. We won't immediately cut off service or delete data. Sustained overages (14+ days) may result in automatic upgrade or throttling.
