Link shortener with
click intelligence.
Every click tells you more. Network type, ASN, geo confidence, referrer domain — all enriched at the edge in under 10ms, before the redirect.
Short links. Rich data.
Link Shortener
Create short links under clk.am or your own custom domain. Links never expire on the free tier.
Click Enrichment
Network type (residential/datacenter/mobile), ASN, geo confidence score, and referrer domain captured on every click.
Custom Domains
Use your own branded domain for short links. Full CNAME setup, instant SSL, multiple domains per account.
UTM Builder
Auto-append UTM parameters to every link. Define templates once, apply everywhere. Links stay clean.
Sub-10ms Redirects
Cloudflare Workers at 300+ edge locations globally. Your visitors don't wait. The enrichment happens in parallel.
QR Codes
Auto-generated QR codes for every link. Download as SVG or PNG. Tracked clicks, same enrichment.
Every click tells
you who clicked.
Know if your link was clicked by a real user, a bot, or a datacenter. Filter out noise. Understand your actual audience.
Programmatic

A link shortener with analytics built into every redirect
CLK.AM Links is not just a URL shortener. It is a link shortener with analytics at its core. Every redirect executes in under 10ms on Cloudflare's global edge network — 300+ locations. Before the visitor reaches the destination, the Worker classifies the click: ASN lookup against the current IANA/RIPE database, network type classification (residential, datacenter, mobile, VPN/proxy), and a geo confidence score between 0 and 1. Dub.co tracks basic click counts and geography. CLK.AM adds network-type classification — which Dub.co does not — letting you distinguish real users from bot traffic and datacenter crawlers at a glance.
ASN lookup and network-type classification
Each click carries an Autonomous System Number (ASN) — the registered network identifier for every ISP, hosting provider, and mobile carrier on the internet. AS3215 is Orange France. AS16509 is Amazon AWS. The network-type classifier uses ASN categories to separate residential traffic (real home users) from datacenter traffic (bots, scrapers, automated tests) and mobile networks (on-the-go users). Geo confidence reflects how precisely we can resolve country from IP when the routing table is ambiguous — a score of 0.97 means high certainty, 0.6 means the IP sits near a border or uses an anycast prefix.
Privacy-first by default
Click events are anonymous. No cookies are set on the redirect. The visitor's IP address is used only to classify the click at the edge, then immediately discarded — it is never stored. There is no cross-link fingerprinting: each click event is independent. Visitors who click multiple links from the same campaign cannot be linked together without their consent. This makes CLK.AM Links compliant with GDPR Article 5(1)(c) data minimisation without requiring a consent mechanism for basic click tracking.
Who uses CLK.AM Links
Email marketers who need to know whether their campaign drove residential clicks or bot traffic inflating open rates. Growth teams distributing links across channels who want to compare real audience quality by network type, not just click volume. Digital agencies managing client campaigns who need branded short domains and per-link performance data without sharing a third-party analytics account. SaaS founders embedding links in transactional emails, in-app notifications, and documentation who want click data alongside their product analytics in a single dashboard. If you send links, you deserve to know who actually clicked them — and whether they were real.
Every link deserves
better data.
